Community Service

Healthy Trust Immediate Medical Care serves the Chicago North Shore Communities you live in. We donate out time to schools, clubs sports groups, and sponsor various community events. We are not an impersonal "Doc in the Box" type chain, we live in the communities we service and believe that giving back to the communities we serve helps make life better for us, and all who live in the area. 

In the Summer of 2008 we will be providing First Aid booths at many of the community Festivals in the Chicago North Shore suburbs. Stop on by, say hello, and get to know us!

We serve the Chicago North Shore Communites of Wheeling, Arlington Heights, Mount Prospect, Prospect Heights, Lake Bluff, Lake Forest, Lake County, Lincolnshire, Deerfield, Buffalo Grove, Mundelein, Northbrook, Highland Park, Long Grove, Riverwoods, Des Plaines, Palatine, Libertyville, Glenview, Highwood, Northfield, Libertyville, Winnetka, and Bannockburn.
