In order for Healthy Trust Immediate Medical Care to correctly submit your claim to insurance, all patients are required to present their current insurance card and photo ID at the time of their visit.

If you don't have insurance or you want to pay out-of-pocket, affordable care is still within reach. Prices for most treatments are very affordable.
