School Health Programs

Healthy Trust Immediate Care's family physician staff can take care of your children's immediate medical needs without an appointment, with little, or no wait. We also sponsor School health programs. School health programs help ensure that students are fit, healthy, and ready to learn every day. No appointments, no waiting and quick service gets you in and out and back to your daily responsibilities. We work with local school districts, and school nurses to help coordinate programs which fit your budget and health care needs.

Ask about our State of Illinois Sponsored Free Vaccination Programs. Vaccinations require a $17 Administration Fee and a current Physical Exam. Cost of the actual Vaccine is free of charge to families who are not covered by health insurance.
